Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
PHSlots accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your PHSlots account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. PHSlots does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. PHSlots reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to suspend accounts where such deposits are identified.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours on business days, subject to completion of identity verification and any applicable wagering requirements. Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.

All transactions on PHSlots are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). If you deposit using a payment method denominated in a different currency, your payment provider's conversion rates will apply. PHSlots is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences.

Account closure does not affect any obligations or liabilities that arose prior to closure.
PHSlots reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if PHSlots reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority. In cases of confirmed fraud or material breach, PHSlots may forfeit any balance held in the account.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and PHSlots, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
